What You’ll Do
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store
* Lead by example and help motivate, coach, and develop the store team
* Assist with achieving sales targets, budgets, and operational KPI’s
* Ensure high standards of merchandising, stock processing, and store presentation
* Help maintain a safe, positive, and compliant environment for customers and team members
* Respond to customer feedback and escalations when required
* Assume Store Manager responsibilities when delegated
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in retail leadership (Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar)
* Strong communication and people leadership skills
* Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
* A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
* Confidence in coaching and supporting team members
* Energy, resilience, and a customer-first mindset
