 
        
        Senior Administration Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Administration Officer to support our operations.
 * The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
 * Responsibilities include rostering, petty cash management, and end-of-month reconciliations.
 * The role also involves managing requests, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
 * Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial, human resource, and other systems and databases is crucial.
 * The incumbent will be responsible for supporting hiring and onboarding activities, including administrative tasks.
 * Familiarity with mainstream software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, is essential.
 * The successful candidate may be required to assist senior staff with special projects.
To excel in this position, you will need:
 * Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in Aged Care, is highly desirable.
 * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
 * Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload are necessary.
 * Familiarity with MS Office and database applications is required.
 * Confidence in using smartphones and digital devices, or willingness to learn, is expected.
 * Qualifications, skills, and experience in administration or business are not mandatory but highly valued.
