Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone-based experience is highly regarded.
* Recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential — full training provided for the right person.
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people over the phone.
* Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients and candidates.
* Comfortable building relationships and networking with new people.
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.

* Less than 10% travel required for client visits and business development activities.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Source and interview healthcare candidates for temporary and contract opportunities.
* Coordinate placements and fill shifts for healthcare facilities across Australia.
* Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
* Learn business development skills and help grow new client partnerships.
* Manage candidate compliance, onboarding, and recruitment administration.
* Attend client meetings and occasional interstate travel opportunities.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and healthcare workers.
