About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in remote First Nations communities? Under the guidance of our Performance Support Manager, the CDP Claims Officer plays a vital role in driving employment success by calculating, claiming, and paying employment outcomes while supporting employers to achieve long-term results for our participants.
Be part of a team that's committed to achieving meaningful 26-week employment outcomes in alignment with the National Indigenous Australians Agency's key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide employers and ALPA CDP sites with employment outcomes tracking information and assist them in supporting Participant employee retention.
* Report on sites' performance weekly to the Performance Support Manager.
* Work closely with the Employers, Post Placement Support Officers and site teams to implement new processes.
* Undertake site and employer audits as per the requirements set out with the Performance Support Manager.
* Maintain spreadsheets/formal documentation of all employed CDP Participants.
* Work with the sites through all processes required to achieve high performance.
* Hold responsibility for ensuring ALPA's Assessed Claims Target is achieved each month.
* Be a champion of the ALPA values and demonstrate a commitment to work health and safety.

About You
* Experience in Employment Services.
* Strong relationship building, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail & results-orientated to drive KPI achievements
* Ability to develop strong networks
* Able to work autonomously to achieve targets
* Flexible, dynamic and a team player
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
* Microsoft Office skills
