THE ROLE
Berida Hotel is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our busy and supportive team. This role is perfect for professional, hardworking individuals who take pride in creating a pristine environment for our guests. We have opportunities available for both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals wanting to take the next step in their housekeeping career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Room Presentation: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to boutique standards.
* Bathroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities with precision.
* Common Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of hotel corridors, lobbies, and public spaces to ensure a polished guest experience at every touchpoint.
* Laundry Management: Assist with the sorting, washing, folding, and distribution of linens and towels as required.
* Reporting & Maintenance: Promptly report any room damage, maintenance issues, or lost property to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Stock Control: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and trolley stock to ensure day-to-day operational excellence.
* Safe Work Practices: Follow all health and safety protocols, including the correct handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

* A strong work ethic and the ability to work consistently within a busy team environment.
* A warm, professional, and "can-do" approach to physical tasks and guest interactions.
* An eye for the finer details that contribute to a high-profile boutique guest experience.
* Must be available for mid‐week shifts (conveniently scheduled within school hours), as well as weekends and public holidays.
* Ability to handle the physical demands of a housekeeping role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
* Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with the broader hotel team.
