About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Branch Administrator to work with our fast-paced Moranbah Branch and help drive admin efficiency, the duties will include:
* Organising site induction and onboarding
* Administration of our accommodation properties
* General accounting for the local team
* Assisting with OH&S compliance and reporting
* Local Fleet administration
* General Office Management
About You:
* Be committed to safety
* High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
* Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in a similar role
* Familiarity / experience in Mine Site Inductions and compliance
* Current Driver's License
