We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Human Resources team as the Senior HR Business Partner to lead our Ravenhall Delivery Station.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will provide full‑cycle human resources support to our teams within Amazon Logistics.
You will play a critical role in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement initiatives.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions.
The person in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
You will need excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning ability, and the agility to function in a fast‑paced and innovative environment.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis.

Key job responsibilities What You Will Be Doing
Work closely with operations teams to provide pragmatic, commercial and employee‑focused advice and support
Provide a broad range of support across employee relations, people engagement, performance management, talent management, organizational development and organizational communication
Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communication
Leading and developing a team of high performing HR professionals
Coaching and mentoring of leaders from across the Fulfillment Center teams
Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision making
Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared with other Fulfillment Center teams
Collaborate effectively across an number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll, Legal Basic Qualifications
5+ years of human resource generalist experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Knowledge of local labor law
Experience as a human resource generalist
Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development
Experience supporting hourly employee client group
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources Management
Experience assessing management and executive talent
Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans
Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates Acknowledgement Of Country
