Job Description
This role involves traveling to multiple clients per day, supporting them in their own homes. You will be required to follow care plans to assist with tasks such as showering and personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, hoisting/transfers, social support, respite and domestic assistance.
Preferred availability is between 7am to 8pm weekdays and weekends, and interested candidates must be available for a minimum of fifteen hours per week or more.

Desired Skills and Experience
To join the White Oak and Care Net family, you require:
* Cert III Individual Support / Aged Care (for Personal Care services, not required for Domestic Assistance)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
* A minimum of 6 months experience in an aged care support or similar field
* A valid WA driving licence
* Reliable, road worthy and registration vehicle
