Join our team at Rabor Smash Repairs, Kelmscott, where you'll be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to a variety of materials. We're on the lookout for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a team-first mindset. What You'll Do
* Prep vehicles for painting, including sanding, filling, and taping
* Match and mix paint colours for touch-ups and full-body paint jobs
* Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat applications to industry standards
* Safely handle hazardous materials and equipment
* Conduct quality control checks
* Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
* Work with team members to ensure jobs are completed to standard
What You Know
* Good knowledge of paint equipment, materials, and techniques
* Strong understanding of colour matching and mixing
* Safe and effective methods to complete jobs whilst maintaining attention to detail
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in auto body painting is preferred.
* I-CAR certification, Forklift License or other qualifications a plus
