Guest Services Assistant
As a Guest Services Assistant, you will play a key role ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks including housekeeping, front-of-house duties, and general guest support.
Benefits & Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries.
Clean and maintain guest rooms, communal areas, and amenities.
Support kitchen operations including food prep, dishwashing, and service when the commercial kitchen is in operation.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support other staff as needed.
Safety & Workplace Requirements
Take reasonable care of one's own health and safety and for the safety of others while at work.
Follow reasonable directions given by or on behalf of the employer on all related health, safety, environment, and quality issues.
Use equipment provided safely and effectively to perform duties.
Report any workplace accidents, incidents, or hazards as soon as practicable.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate III or at least one year of relevant work experience.
Experience using a Property Management system is preferable but not essential.
Current manual driver's licence is preferred.
Current first aid qualification is preferred.
