Motivating, leading and inspiring the recruitment team while nurturing a 'can do' culture and winning attitude; Assisting Regional Director & HR to source and onboard new talent; Leading sales meetings and managing the team(s) to an agreed revenue budget; Proactively manage team members professional development, growth and performance identifying any skills gaps to tailor training appropriately; Working in partnership with group services to ensure compliance and operational excellence; Identifying training needs of team and team members and delivering effective, aligned training sessions.
