The role
The purpose of this role is to train and enhance the competencies of our Recoveries and Settlements claims consultants, while improving processes and performance through training activities and process refinement. The goal is to create a high-performance culture with high integrity within the Motor Claims Operation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement onboarding strategies for Recoveries & Settlements to support consultants and leaders.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees in Recoveries & Settlements.
Maintain and improve knowledge management to drive process efficiencies.
Continuously update learning materials to facilitate effective onboarding and transition into roles.
Provide ongoing technical training and development roadmaps.
Enhance staff engagement and reduce attrition by increasing knowledge levels.
Ensure compliance with policies and challenge risks to meet legislative and business standards.
Identify and address technical training needs based on operational requirements.
Seek continuous process and personal development improvements to enhance customer experience.
Model A & G values in all interactions.
Propose system, process, or service improvements to the Team Leader.
Experience Required
Previous experience in a Motor Claims role (preferred).
Strong knowledge of insurance, recoveries, and claims management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage and develop others effectively.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience in developing learning materials for various learning styles.
Ability to deliver effective onboarding training.
