About This Role
This is an opportunity to contribute to a Tier one client in the NPI space while working 2:1 roster. The role is based in the Pilbara with a great pipeline of work.
Coordinating Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Actions to closure.
Management of the organisations quality plan
Conducting quality audits of site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintaining meticulous QA documentation, test records, and material certification.
Preparing clear weekly/monthly quality reports for project stakeholders.
Providing technical QA guidance and mentoring to site teams, fostering a culture of quality.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years' experience in QA or engineering roles within construction, resources, or heavy industrial projects.
Demonstrated expertise with QA systems, ITPs, NCRs, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
A strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental standards as they relate to quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across all levels.
