Bupa North Rocks is a modern care home set in a historic outer suburb of north-west Sydney surrounded by beautiful bush scenery and local reserves. It nears Lake Parramatta, North Parramatta shops and Westmead hospital. It consists of 118 beds, with various care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. About the Role
Use your fantastic catering skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.
We have a variety of Part-Time vacancies.
Duties
Assist with basic food prep
Provide meals and snacks
Clear dining areas and dishwashing
Maintain legislated food hygiene and safety practices
Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and cleaning
Skills and Experience
Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
Versatile availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
