Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

* Scheduling and Calendar Management: You will be responsible for scheduling jobs and managing technician calendars with precision.
* Fleet Management: Oversight of fleet management, including registrations, servicing, and compliance records.
* Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service through phone calls and professional interactions.
* Inventory Management: Ordering stock, allocating to jobs, and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail.
* Document Control: Managing business documentation, completing forms accurately, and meeting deadlines.
* Accounts Management: FOLLOWING UP ON CLIENT PAYMENTS AND ASSISTING WITH ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, PROCESSING SUPPLIER INVOICES AND PAYING ACCOUNTS (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE).
* General Administration: Supporting management and the wider team with general administration tasks.
