Requirements
As a Customer Service Specialist (Internal Account Manager) based in Moorabbin, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting and managing the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio
* Providing insights into freight movements and potential issues to Major Account Managers to enhance the logistics experience
* Reviewing and reporting on daily freight movements
* Resolving enquiries to provide an excellent customer experience
* Escalating priority issues related to your accounts
* Building long-term relationships with your dedicated account portfolio across various industries and transport providers

What we're looking for:
* Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in Customer Service
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Resilience, passion, and ability to work under pressure
