Our client is a national developer builder renowned for delivering large scale luxury residential developments. The delivery team will offer the scale and resources of a tier 1 with the flexibility of working for the client and well resourced teams.

The Role
Structures Foreman on a multi-level luxury residential development and associated commercial, retail precincts.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with Site Manager, Project Manager, and engineers to achieve key milestones and drive programme.
Work autonomously, looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff.
Demonstrate excellent build knowledge and people management.
Function effectively within a large team while also working autonomously as required.
Experience and Qualifications Required
Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction.
Track record delivering large scale projects in Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a supervisor role.
Proven experience on large scale residential or commercial developments $100m+.
Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

$200,000 - $240,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
