Senior Production Manager Metal Fabrication Leader

Responsibilities
* Interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to guide fabrication processes.
* Accurately measure, cut, bend, and shape metal components using precision techniques.
* Operate a range of fabrication equipment, including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, and shears.
* Perform welding tasks using SMAW, MMA, MIG, and TIG methods with consistent quality.
* Complete finishing work such as grinding, polishing, and surface preparation.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a metal sheet fabricator.
* Trade-qualified Metal Fabricator, Boilermaker, or equivalent certification.
* Proven proficiency in multiple welding techniques, including MIG and TIG.
* Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
* Solid understanding of engineering design principles and fabrication workflows.
* Familiarity with CNC machine operation (preferred but not mandatory).
