Role Description
This is a full-time, in house for an Electrical Estimator located in Epping, VIC. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, reviewing blueprints and drawings, communicating with suppliers and contractors for pricing, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and budget constraints. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control techniques
* Knowledge and experience in Electrical Contracting and understanding of electricity systems
* Familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts and industry standards
* Ability to analyze blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with relevant estimating software and tools
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
* Previous experience in electrical estimating or a similar role is highly advantageous
