The position involves managing an existing portfolio of properties and fostering client relationships. The successful candidate will be part of a team providing guidance and support to rental staff. Key duties include checking tenancy applications, approving agreements, preparing advertisements, managing enquiries, supervising inspections, maintaining communication with landlords, organizing repairs, conducting periodic inspections, preparing reports, and attending meetings as directed.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a current agent's representative certificate, reliable transportation, a current police check, strong negotiation skills, excellent phone manner, corporate presentation, attention to detail, and strong computer skills. You will also need to be organized, reliable, and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.
