About this role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Meeting Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations for client bookings and webinar delivery.
The key responsibilities include managing incoming booking requests, allocating sessions to coaches based on availability and client requirements, updating and maintaining multiple custom CRM systems, coordinating webinar logistics, and liaising with coaches, clients, and internal staff.
