About the Role
Natoora is looking for a versatile Commercial & Marketing Coordinator to join our small, close‐knit team at an exciting moment in our growth. This role spans B2B customer service, retail account support and marketing – ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to see their work make a real difference.
You'll play a key part in keeping our restaurant clients well‐served, supporting the management of our Coles partnership and keeping Natoora's brand sharp across digital channels. Human relationships are the backbone of our supply chain, and we're looking for someone who feels the same way.
What You'll Be Doing
B2B Customer Service
* Keep chefs informed about product availability and seasonal changes
* Process orders accurately and handle invoicing and credit notes with precision
* Resolve order issues promptly, communicating clearly with customers throughout
* Help identify and shift overstock across our sales channels
* Work closely with warehouse, transport, and sales teams to ensure on‐time, on‐quality delivery
* Update third‐party product catalogues as needed
Retail Account Support (Coles)
* Maintain and update the Natoora product catalogue on Coles systems
* Create and coordinate marketing assets and back‐of‐pack information
* Keep all food safety documentation current and compliant
* Coordinate orders with our Operations team
* Support the implementation of our promotional strategy
Marketing
* Write the weekly customer newsletter
* Manage Natoora's Instagram in collaboration with the product team
* Handle content management for the app and keep the website up to date
* Take product photography for digital channels
* Organise and execute social media campaigns (including Off The Pass)
* Plan and run events and partnerships, managing the associated budget
* Oversee print and production requirements
About You
* Proactive, calm under pressure, and a natural problem‐solver
* A confident communicator who works well across departments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership over deadlines
* Experience in food, hospitality, or retail is a bonus but not a requirement
* Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus
