 
        
        One of our reputable State Government clients located in Ballarat are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team for a period of 4 weeks. 
Position purpose 
The Administration Officer will be responsible for a range of administration tasks to support the delivery of on-ground projects in partnership with volunteer community groups and other stakeholders. The role will require skills in project administration, contract management and community engagement. 
Accountabilities 
Providing administrative and project management support for a range of discrete on-ground projects in partnership with volunteer community groups and internal staff. 
Support Management in their project and contract management arrangements, incorporating key values such as heritage, workplace and native title considerations. 
Provide regular and timely progress reporting as well as responding to ad-hoc reporting requests. 
Undertake monitoring and evaluation activities to demonstrate the outcomes provided by the expenditure of flood recovery funding. 
Develop productive relationships with local government, community and other key stakeholders
