Synopsis

Haileybury is undertaking a Digital Evolution (DE) project that will progressively enhance how our school operates - from the prospective family journey through to the classroom, leadership, administration, and the broader school community. At its core, this work is about better supporting our staffing body, and improving the student experience, while strengthening the systems and processes that underpin how the School functions day-to-day.

With a community spanning multiple campuses, including Haileybury Rendall School in Darwin and our online campus, Haileybury Pangea, it is essential that this evolution reflects the real experiences of our staff and students across a variety of learning and operational environments. This position plays an important role in ensuring that decisions and solutions remain connected to classroom impact, student outcomes, and whole-of-school needs.

Haileybury welcomes applications for the role of Digital Project Partner to join our Business Improvement and Planning (BIP) team. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term (1.0 FTE) position, commencing immediately for a 21-month period. The Digital Project Partner will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Digital Evolution project, working across business, technology, and people to ensure successful implementation, strong engagement, and meaningful outcomes for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic support to the Head of BIP in delivering this key strategic project.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define outcomes, set objectives, and coordinate timelines.
* Prepare and manage high-quality project documentation, including contracts, plans, reports, and workshop facilitation.
* Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
* Ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and grounded in human-centered design.
* Elicit, validate, and document business requirements, including user stories and future state mapping.
* Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and support testing and implementation.
* Build and maintain effective relationships across the School.
* Align stakeholder needs with project outcomes and promote collaboration.
* Plan change initiatives in line with the school calendar and peak periods.

* Conduct research, gap analysis, and process improvement using strong analytical capability.
* Apply user-focused design principles, incorporating feedback, prototyping, and iteration.
* Prioritise effectively, collaborate across teams, and communicate clearly.
* Analyse and report on project data, develop documentation, and manage risks to support delivery.
* Monitor stakeholder satisfaction, address issues, and drive successful outcomes through effective engagement.
