Job Summary
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant with strong Australian payroll exposure to support payroll design, integrations, testing, and operations in a cloud or hybrid payroll landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and support SAP EC Payroll solutions for Australian payroll.
* Ensure payroll-relevant Employee Central data accuracy and controls.
* Configure pay components, wage types, and payroll‐specific policies.
* Support integrations with SAP Payroll (ECC/S/4HANA) or third‐party payroll vendors.
* Participate in parallel payroll runs, reconciliation, and statutory validations.
* Support UAT, go‐live, and payroll cutover activities.
* Strong functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
* Proven experience supporting Australian payroll processes.
* Solid understanding of payroll controls, compliance, and parallel runs.
* Knowledge of Australian payroll statutory concepts.
* Experience with SAP CPI or middleware.
* SAP Payroll / EC Payroll Certification.
