With continued growth and productivity, we are now seeking applications from experienced work pack preparers for Senior positions in our oil and gas maintenance team, supporting the work pack preparation for rigging, scaffolding and coatings/insulation scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, external vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to offshore maintenance requirements
* Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required
* Development and coordination of Services work packs, resource estimations and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
* Development of lift plans
* Support preparation of a quality major maintenance activity standalone schedule
* Ensuring any lessons from previous activities/events are incorporated
* Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
* Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning software
* Prepare permits, permit templates and work instructions as required to support execution
* Support preparation of a permit hierarchy for the major maintenance activity
What you'll bring:
* Advanced Rigging and Advanced Scaffolding certifications
* Proven experience within the oil and gas or refinery industries
* Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
* Experience with Primavera P6 (advantageous)
* Experience with Major Maintenance and Brownfields projects advantageous
* Experience throughout work life cycle, building work packs, planning/scheduling and site execution
* Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
* A willingness to travel to site as per operational requirements
