Project Administrator at INTREC This role is suited for a highly organized, self-driven, and friendly person responsible for managing day-to-day Accounts Administration duties.Manage incoming claims and invoices from suppliers and sub-contractors.Accurately and promptly enter data of supplier/sub-contractor invoices into our system.Communicate with CAs and PMs to identify exceptions.Coordinate with sub-contractors to manage reissue requests.Build relationships with the Finance team, collaborate to improve processes, and communicate changes to the wider team.Assist with ad hoc needs of the Accounts team.Perform all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems, and procedures. The Skills We Need 3-5 years of experience in administration, data entry, or accounting/finance roles is highly desirable.Prior experience in the construction industry is essential.Proficiency in MS Office.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Commitment to contributing to a high-performing team and culture.
