 
        
        We have a unique opportunity for Customer Service Officers to join our team based at our Mandurah Office to provide Inbound customer services on behalf of RLSSWA.
This is a short term (3-6 months) position with the potential of continuing employment for the right candidate.

Skills & Experience
- Be flexible for shift work – (mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends), including public holidays in our 24/7 working environment.
- Ability to provide quality customer service for our busy campaigns.
- Previous Customer Service experience would be desirable.
- Experience with email, internet and have proven keyboard skills.
- Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work alone and in a team and deal with variety of straightforward and complex enquiries.

- Processing incoming inquiries (phone, email, web based)
- Customer Liaison
- Providing Clerical Assistance
