The Opportunity
Our client has launched a new home loan product that's in high demand and is now seeking a Lending Operations Associate to join their growing and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in mortgages or residential lending - or for someone looking to kickstart their career in lending operations. You'll work closely with the Founders and the Head of Operations, gaining exposure and learning opportunities rarely available in larger organisations.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing and processing loan applications, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
* Supporting customers and internal teams throughout the lending journey
* Liaising with legal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely settlements
* Assisting with policies, procedures and broader lending operations
* Contributing to projects and process improvements as the business continues to grow
This is a hands-on role where you'll learn quickly, feel genuinely supported, and have a voice in shaping how things are done.
Skills, Attitude and Experience Required:
You may currently be in an entry-level lending support role, working within a bank, lender or mortgage broking environment - or you may be a recent graduate looking to build a rewarding career. Above all, you bring enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
