About The Role
In this role you would provide leadership and education to all staff at Dunedoo and Coolah MPS’ in areas of mandatory competencies; rural nursing; aged care; acute care; and emergency.
You will show evidence of advanced clinical nursing skills with demonstrated knowledge and skill using technology appropriate to the clinical area.
As an experienced educator with a sound understanding of learning and assessment principles gained from both experience and education (such as Cert IV in Training and Assessment), you will provide day to day and one-on-one clinical education along with in services to meet team and individual learning needs, with a focus on new/ inexperienced staff.
