About the role
You'll take full responsibility for Operations; covering warehousing, logistics, pre-installation, site coordination and delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead a capable operations and site team (internal staff and subcontractors)
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, QA and delivery milestones
* Manage customer expectations and act as the a key point of contact
* Coordinate site measurements, WH&S compliance, and ISO 45001 procedures
* Partner with finance, sales and production to align on key deliverables
* Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and team efficiency
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in operations, project delivery or construction leadership
* Strong people leadership and mentoring skills
* Familiarity with WH&S legislation; ISO 45001 experience highly regarded
* Experience in joinery, cabinetry, fit-out or related construction trades
* Solid knowledge of project reporting tools and delivery systems
* Financial acumen and risk management experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
