We are a Private Practice looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Generalist Psychologist to join our warm and caring team, where we are dedicated to supporting you in your journey as a therapist.
The Psychology and Therapy clinic rooms are based in Sydenham.
We are seeking someone who is warm and engaging and likes to work independently.
If you are tired of working in a large clinic and would love a change to work in a lovely office that, has its own amenities, other specialists in the building, located within a 5 mins drive to Watergardens shopping centre, plenty of onsite free parking, then we would love to welcome you!
Our focus for our clients is a healthier mind, providing kind and caring support, whilst offering a range of evidence-based psychological therapies.
Our clinic will offer you:
- Comprehensive administration support from a knowledgeable and friendly team
- Regular individual supervision sessions from an APHPRA Board Approved Supervisor
- An established and comfortable Consulting room with access to Zanda (formerly Power Diary) a Practice management software, including Telehealth processes (if required)

The position:
- Providing psychological services
- Embrace best ethical practices to achieve good outcomes for the people we support
- Typical client presentations are (to name a few) depression, anxiety, stress concerns, relationship issues, adjustment and work issues, grief and loss, body image and disordered eating issues, behaviour issues.
Eligibility and requirements:
- A higher degree (i.e. Masters, Ph.D., or D.Psych) in Clinical Psychology or Psychology
- Current AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Psychologist
- Well-developed clinical skills in Psychology assessment, diagnosis and intervention
- Medicare Provider Number
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experience with both adolescents (aged 12 and above) and adults is very welcomed but not essential
- A Working with Children Check will be required if seeing children
- Clinical Registrars looking for Endorsement are encouraged to apply
