The Senior Coordinator Program Delivery plays a key role in supporting the Head of Volunteer Experience to deliver a range of important state‐wide initiatives and volunteer support functions that make a real difference to the experience of CFA volunteers. A key function of this role is to lead and coordinate the Emergency Services and Volunteer Fund (ESVF) rebate program, including volunteer eligibility assessments and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll be the go‐to person for turning data into insight, providing expert advice, resolving complex issues and responding to nuanced enquiries – all while keeping the bigger picture in focus. Importantly, you'll provide support to CFA volunteers, build and maintain trusted relationships across CFA, government agencies, and external stakeholders to help keep everything moving smoothly.
About you
* Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with a high level of initiative and a proven ability to identify solutions to complex problems and deliver outcomes
* High level written and verbal communication skills including translating complex material into meaningful and succinct information, and the production of high‐quality documentation
* Proven team leadership skills combined with a customer mindset
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
* Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, work accurately with competing priorities within tight timeframes, and quickly distil key requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in business, data or business analytics will be highly regarded
