The successful incumbent will have a comprehensive understanding of sports and programs offered within a recreation centre, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience promoting and marketing programs/services in an innovative way that drives growth.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Recreation, or equivalent level of experience is highly desirable, as is a First Aid Certificate, Police Clearance, and Driver's Licence.
