Role Overview
This is a permanent full-time position to lead a small team and contribute to the Bank's strategic objective. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our people are paid correctly and that our payroll processes are robust, compliant, and efficient.
* The role requires significant experience in senior payroll or project positions as a people leader with either direct reports or indirectly managing resources.
* Demonstrated expertise in complex large-scale payrolls, including technical expertise in payroll data analytics with the ability to interpret and present content and findings.
