Role Overview
Clinical nurse educators play a crucial role in supporting the professional growth of nurses and midwives. As a clinical nurse educator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive nursing education programs at a ward/service level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver clinical nursing education programs to support the professional development of nurses and midwives.
* Evaluate educational outcomes and provide clinical supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based, patient-centered care practices in line with health system standards and policies.
