THE ROLE
As the Senior Project Manager within the direct delivery team, you'll manage contractors and consultancies across design, documentation, and project delivery, while driving procurement, construction contracts, stakeholder management and risk management.
This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2028.

Accountabilities Include
- Support the delivery of projects through the full life cycle, from development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
- Support contractor and consultant activities during design and delivery phases.
- Track and manage project correspondence, documents, requests and plans.
- Prepare and present reports, briefs and submissions for internal and ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects across feasibility, design, construction, tendering and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of project development, construction management, financial management acts and Victorian Government Purchasing Board Guidelines.
- Strong experience using MS Office and technology to enhance future ways of working.
- University qualified and/or experience in architecture, building construction, engineering, project management or similar.
