As a Senior Property Relationship Manager, you will manage a growing portfolio of commercial property connections, focusing on winning new customers. Drive growth through marketing initiatives and maintaining a quality referral network. Collaborate with Senior Relationship Associates to meet customer needs and provide a great experience. As a seasoned relationship manager, you will have extensive experience in writing, analysing, and structuring credit transactions, preferably for commercial property customers, is sought with a strong commercial property lending background. As a Senior Property Relationship Manager, you will get to: Manage and grow your portfolio of profitable commercial property customers. You will take the lead in coaching and mentoring others and externally, you will have a high profile and strong market presence. You will conduct needs analysis to identify potential areas for enhancing customer relationships in various financial sectors, including deposit/transactional banking, equipment finance, financial markets, wealth, and insurance products. Build and maintain strong business relationships and provide high quality lending to new and existing customers. Actively promote the banks growth prospects through regular attendance at professional and community forums, leading initiatives, and understanding customer needs to enhance its market profile and customer base. You will exercise Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) for loan approvals and scheduled reviews in accordance with Bank Policy and acceptable risk standards.
