HUBBED's proprietary platform is customer-agnostic and seamlessly integrates with third-party providers, logistics providers, aggregators, marketplaces, or broader e-commerce and enterprise platforms.
HUBBED is seeking a full-time Logistics Partnership Manager at our Sydney office in Balmain. This role requires a driven professional with the ability to take ownership and foster impactful partnerships. You will identify, develop, and manage partnerships aligned with our business objectives, working with internal and external stakeholders to maximise collaboration, drive growth, and strengthen our market position.
Reporting directly to the COO, you will onboard and nurture high-value partnerships to drive mutual success. The role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction, and creating long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
* Identify and assess strategic logistics partners, including last-mile carriers, 3PL providers, and PUDO networks.
* Negotiate terms, including service-level agreements (SLAs), pricing structures, and revenue-sharing models.
* Manage the onboarding process for new partners to ensure smooth integration into HUBBED's network.
Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for all logistics partners.
* Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement initiatives where necessary.
Revenue Growth and Optimisation
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximise the commercial value of partnerships.
* Support the development and execution of joint campaigns or offerings to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Technology Integration
* Liaise with the Product and Technology teams to ensure partner systems are integrated with HUBBED's platforms.
* Evaluate the technical capabilities of partners and provide input on compatibility and scalability.
Operational Support
* Work closely with Operations to monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues.
* Address challenges such as delivery delays, cross-border complexities, or disruptions in supply chain processes.
Strategic Planning
* Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with company goals, including market expansion and new service rollouts.
* Identify and recommend emerging technologies or innovations that may enhance partnership outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to partner performance.
* Use data insights to inform decision-making and improve overall partnership effectiveness.
* General administrative and ad-hoc requirements.
Knowledge, Skills And Requirements
Knowledge
* Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, including last-mile delivery, fulfilment, and PUDO networks.
* Familiarity with commercial contracting, service-level agreements (SLAs), and partnership models.
* Working knowledge of e-commerce logistics operations and systems.
Skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
* Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management experience.
* Analytical and data-driven with experience using Excel, BI tools, or CRM platforms.
* Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
* Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives, partners, and customers.
* Familiarity with TMS, WMS, and OMS platforms.
* Knowledge of API integrations and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a logistics, partnerships, or supply chain role, ideally within the eCommerce or 3PL sector.
* Proven ability to manage external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field (desirable but not mandatory).
* Experience with systems integration or working closely with Product/Tech teams.
* Proven ability to analyse processes and drive change and efficiency within a logistics environment.
* Proven ability to influence and drive business change through data intelligence.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Salary Range
$110,000 - $130,000+super
