We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our team. If you're confident with financial data, have solid communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you. Experience in the agricultural industry is a big plus, and bonus points if you're based near Mildura. This is a flexible, casual work-from-home role (minimum 20 hours per week) with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping duties across three entities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Prepare and lodge BAS statements
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or finance experience
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Agricultural industry
- Preference for Licensed BAS Agent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
- Australian work authorisation must be held at time of application
