OverviewGC Value Finance is seeking a dedicated reliable and self-sufficient manager to oversee operations at our livestock-focused property located at 133 Toe Holt Road, Witheren, QLD 4275.We offer a salary of $70,000 – $75,000 per year + Super + House.
We are a growing enterprise committed to sustainable and effective livestock farming, and we are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join us for the long term.
The right candidate will be honest, responsible, and capable of managing day-to-day farm operations with professionalism and insight.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the livestock enterpriseManage cattle health, breeding schedules, pasture rotation and grazing systemsMaintain farm infrastructure, including fencing, water systems, and storage facilitiesCollaborate with management on budgeting and long-term planningQualifications & SkillsHands-on experience in cattle farmingGood understanding of farm machinery and infrastructure maintenanceValid driver's licenseStrong communication and leadership skillsOnsite accommodation is provided as part of the employment packageSalary & BenefitsAccommodation: Comfortable 2-bedroom house provided as part of the packageThis is a permanent position and NOT available to Working Holiday Visa Holders (Backpackers).
