Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement mental health nursing care activities.
* Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe practice within adopted models of care.
Essential Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrate ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
