About the Role:
As a Case Manager, you'll walk alongside clients as they recover from injury — providing support, guidance, and compassion every step of the way. You'll help create personalised injury management plans, ensuring people feel heard, respected, and empowered.
This role is ideal for someone who is a great communicator, can maintain confidentiality, and genuinely wants to build positive experiences for customers.
What You'll Do:
* Support clients with care and cultural understanding through their recovery
* Create tailored strategies for injury management
* Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
* Build strong, respectful relationships with customers and stakeholder
No Experience in Case Management? No worries.
Extensive training is provided. If you have strong communication skills, empathy, and a drive to help your community, we'll support your journey into this role.
