About this role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Project Delivery
You'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
Schedule, Budget, and Financial Performance Management
* Oversee the development and implementation of project schedules, budgets, and financial plans.
* Monitor and report on project progress against established milestones and targets.
* Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management).
* At least 10 years' experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and financial management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
