Due to recent project awards and a strong pipeline for the year ahead, this business is looking to grow their team with a strong Project Manager at the top of their requirements. Role The relevant role is a Project Manager position and will include responsibilities such as: Ensure projects are delivered within budget, allocated time frame and to the quality agreed as per the scope Creating programs and managing all relevant stakeholders Managing financials of the project, variations and cost reports Communicate with client and senior management consistently Manage multiple projects simultaneously between office and relevant site locations Requirements 3-5 years of Project Manager experience for a Fitout/Refurbishment headcontractor Previous Hospitality, Retail or Fast Food project experience heavily favourable Previous live environment experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with Procore software and traditional MS Packages Unlimited Australian working rights Interested?
