Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop store managers and teams across five stores, ensuring high performance and customer excellence.
* Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
* Drive sales growth and profitability across the region.
* Act as a bridge between stores and head office, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
* Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across all stores.
* Benchmark regional performance and recommend action plans for underperforming stores.

* Several years of multi-site management experience in retail.
* Strong operational and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving sales and team development.
* High emotional intelligence - can inspire, coach, and hold people accountable.
