We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance needs related to clients' real estate and personal assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage new insurance policies, renewals, and claims on behalf of clients
* Negotiate policy terms and advocate on behalf of clients when contesting claims
* Provide guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders across the business
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or experience in insurance or owner's corporations
* Strong customer service and administrative skills
* Proficiency in electronic recordkeeping and document management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
