Job Description
In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations, working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and reconciliation of financial transactions. You'll also build strong relationships with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
* Process creditor and trust payments
* Maintain the Practice Trust Account, including payments and audit support
* Reconcile accounts
* Prepare reports and statements
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar Accounts or Finance role
* Strong IT skills, including Xero and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
