Responsibilities
* Planning and coordinating the daily operations of the retail liquor store
* Managing stock levels, ordering inventory, and liaising with suppliers
* Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints
* Recruiting, training, supervising, and rostering staff
* Maintaining records of stock, sales, and financial transactions
* Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws, workplace health and safety regulations, and company policies
* Managing budgets, controlling costs, and preparing reports for the Director
* Overseeing visual merchandising and promotional activities
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role
* Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
* Sound knowledge of retail operations and stock control
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Understanding of WA liquor licensing requirements (preferred)
