This role is an opportunity to lead a rapidly growing 4PL brokerage business with a focus on growth and expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to execute their vision, leveraging technology and AI to deliver outstanding service and experience to customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive leadership, driving growth and business expansion in high-growth, service-driven environments across Logistics, Freight, Supply Chain, or 4PL. They will possess strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.

">

The key responsibilities of this role include nurturing high-value relationships, leading internal teams, developing alliances with freight carriers and suppliers, and delivering commercial outcomes in line with agreed plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the optimisation and scalability of operational processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the service lifecycle.

In addition, the candidate will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Directors to align business operations with strategic growth priorities, supporting the company's expansion.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a consultative and respectful approach to supporting the vision of the founders and a collaborative approach to execution. They must also be able to win hearts and minds, taking people on the journey of growth and change.
